Lexon Building Services recently completed the renovation of our main bathroom, shower room, and downstairs cloakroom, and we’re genuinely delighted with the result. After gathering five competitive quotes, Lexon stood out for their professional credentials, a trusted recommendation from a high-end bathroom supplier, and—most of all—the exceptional clarity of their proposal. The quote was so detailed it could double as a short novel, but it gave us real confidence in their transparency. They offered excellent value for money without cutting corners.

The team were a pleasure to have around. Neil, the lead plumber, was unfailingly punctual, meticulous, and clearly took pride in his work. Alfie—originally a carpenter and now expanding his plumbing repertoire—was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and occasionally at odds with early mornings, but his commitment to doing a good job shone through. The atmosphere on site was upbeat, professional, and collaborative.

The project ran for around 2.5 months. There were a few minor delays (vans break down, people get pulled to fix emergencies—life happens), but any issues were dealt with quickly and constructively. Communication with Mark, while occasionally elusive, was always thorough and thoughtful when it came.

Nine months on, everything is functioning perfectly—no leaks, no surprises. We’d gladly recommend Mark, Neil, Alfie and the whole Lexon team. They’re honest, hardworking, and take real pride in what they do. A rare find.

Would definitely use them again if the need arose. After months of delay from another builder, we got the program of works agreed and costed quickly, and Lewis started and finished on schedule, doing a thorough and professional job in every respect. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Lexon installed our kitchen 4 months ago and they did a great job, we're really happy with it. They turned up on time each day, raised decisions with me where the Howden's design and actual installation weren't exact, tidied up after themselves each day and were accommodating to work around delays for worktops. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We contacted LEXON with an urgent kitchen completion project. They agreed to take on the job and we were very happy with the works completed. The 2 man team who attended were professional and a pleasure to have in the house Highly recommended.

Having worked with Lexon on our head office in Harlow. We required a canteen to be built in South Wales. Mark and the team were very accommodating and even completed some extra jobs whilst here. Would always recommend and would consider using Mark privately for my own house.

They are the best. Mark, Jack, Jamie and Neil are the best group of contractors I've ever worked with. From meeting Mark for the first time to measure my very small and old kitchen, I knew he cared about his work and was going to do a great job. He didn't dissapoint at all. I'm very grateful for not only the results but also how he and his team handled my changing schedule (because the kitchen did arrive on time). He was so patient and Jamie and Jack were extremely polite. They were focused every time they showed up to continue their work.

They even carried out some other fixtures, which I needed outside of my kitchen, and they did an amazing job fixing my toilet! Thank you to Jack for the amazing retile cover up!

I'm really happy to have met them and I will definitely hire them again. Thank you so much Mark and team. I will absolutely recommend!
